News- American MNCs shifting from china

Apple, Google, Microsoft will be leaving China.

According to the recent data China is the World's Production Hub but things can change in the foreseeable future because of the current COVID-19 outbreak. This pandemic has severely injured the global business chains. Some of the world's largest companies (apple, google, microsoft) are planning to move their production units from China

Samsung, the world renowned South Korean company has decided to move their production units to Vietnam.
According to Nikkei Asian Review Report, Google and Microsoft will shift their production faster due to virus.
Apart from the virus another reason due to which these companies are turning their backs is because of the trade war going between U.S and China.
Google and Microsoft are currently trying to move their smartphone, P.Cs and other gadgets' production to Vietnam and Thailand.
(they must be jumping with joy....hahahaha)

Google:-

  • Pixel phone production is currently shifting to Vietnam.
  • They are also moving the Nest Wifi internet router manufacturing to Taiwan.

Microsoft:-

  • Microsoft also looking to begin the production of its tablets and personal computers in northern Vietnam in the second quarter of this year at the earliest.

Apple:-

  • Apple is asking their suppliers to look into moving 15% to 30% of production from China to other parts of South East Asia.

WILL IT BE THAT EASY TO MOVE AWAY FROM CHINA ?

Even if these companies take away their production units from china they will still have to ship some components of the gadgets from China like the modules.
(60% modules are produced in China)
No other country has the supply of labor as China, they have quite large amount of skilled labor.

SOME GOOD NEWS :-

The iPhone makers (Foxconn) are thinking of shifting their manufacturing to India, from China. (but it's unlikely as it is the world's largest electronics workshop and China would not give it up easily).

TV show review- Breaking Bad

Breaking Bad

I don't know where to start I mean this show is full of everything.

I am currently watching this show on Netflix and I am loving it.
(I would only advise this show to people who are 16 and above as this show contains strong language and drug use)
But if you are old enough and have a Netflix subscription then I would strongly recommend you to watch this masterpiece.
This series revolves around a person named 'Walter White', who is a chemistry teacher and when he finds out that he has cancer he wants to leave behind enough money to provide for his family and ends up becoming a part of a meth-making business.
This story takes some mind-boggling turns through the seasons (i am currently watching season-3 and i just getting more and more eager)
'Bryan Cranston' who plays the lead role has done a great job in showing us what a man can really do for his family.
"I didn't know chemistry teacher's were so powerful"

Minecraft: My opinion

I Tried Minecraft For The First Time.

So I finally gave 'Minecraft' a whirl.....and yes...I liked it.
But I have to admit that at first I was really getting bored but then I went to youtube and saw a couple of videos about Minecraft for Newbies, then I understood the game and that there's much more to do.....but I still not have a grasp on the game.
Because I prefer to stack up boxes and make worlds rather than do role-playing.

The game is designed very well and when you start making a world in the creative mode there are just infinite things for you to do. This game lets you to build literally anything and pushes your imagination.

I am currently building my first house in the game and it is not finished yet....actually it's barely even started but I would really like you to see it, so here is a glimpse:-

Well I know it's not great but hey I just started.
I recommend you to play this game if you're bored, I promise that you'll have fun.

TV show review- Byomkesh Bakshi

Byomkesh Bakshi

Hello everyone, today I'll be doing a TV series review.....wait a minute, basically this would be my opinion on this show and some information related to it. So let's start :-

Actually, this is my first time doing this so I thought why not start with a classic and one of my favorite TV series.
I know most of you have not watched or even heard about this series
Byomkesh Bakshi, is an Indian crime mystery TV series. It revolves around a detective named 'Byomkesh Bakshi' who solves criminal cases with his incredibly deductive mind and positive attitude. In this show Rajit Kapur plays the title role and he also has a friend and sidekick named
'Ajit Kumar Banerji' which is played by K.K. Raina.

There were two season, first season(1993) had 14 episodes and the second season(1997) had 20 episodes. This series was telecasted on the Indian TV channel DD national.
I know for sure most of you have not watched or even heard about this show, also I admit that when my mom recommended this show to me I was not interested to watch it but as I went through the episodes, the tables really turned.

SYNOPSIS:-

Byomkesh Bakshi is actually a fictional character created by Sharadindu Bandyopadhyay.
'He is a Bengali detective' everybody thinks but actually he identifies himself  as Satyanweshi meaning 'truth seeker' rather than a detective.

My Personal Opinion:-

This is the perfect time to explore this show because it is being re-telecasted on DD national due to the lockdown and for my fellow outsiders, you can easily find it on youtube
Go on and watch this show with your family because I know that this show's amusement would be enhanced with your family.
Most of you would think that he's just like Sherlock Holmes but in my opinion there is one difference
HE IS BETTER THAN HOLMES.

News- COVID-19 Lockdown

The World's Biggest Lockdown Is Actually Benefiting Us.

COVID-19 also known as Coronavirus which is the most toughest challenge for the world nowadays
is affecting both the economical and civilian life. But this pandemic is also somehow benefiting us.
India has 21 of the world's 30 most polluted cities, according to the IQAir AirVisual's 2019 World Air Quality Report.
But now there is a sudden fall in pollutants and the subsequent blue skies signal a dramatic shift for India. Nitrogen Dioxide levels fell dramatically following India's lockdown:-

Primarily, if you focus on Mumbai, Pune and Ahemdabad then you will notice that here NO2 levels have dropped by 40-50% according to System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting(SAFAR).
We don't have much data about climate change because scientists are not able to go to different countries to collect data.
Some more benefits of COVID-19 are:-
1. Cities are recording much lower levels of harmful microscopic particulate matter known as PM 2.5
2. Coronavirus is also helping Ozone layer to heal although the main reasons are different.
3. Mental health benefits are becoming America's most competitive office perk in the age of this disease.
4. People have started spending time with there family.

But I still hope it passes quickly because we all know that the price we are paying for these handful of benefits is not worth it....:-)

Space Junk

Space As A Dustbin (SPACE JUNK)!

Over the past few years of great space explorations and achievements we have developed for ourselves a minor bump on the road, and this bump is known as Space Junk or Space DebrisThey are made up of all kinds of wastes like used up rocket stages, launch canisters, dust and paint flakes.....even cameras, garbage bags, wrench, pliers and an astronaut's glove are now a part of EXTRATERRESTRIAL LITTER. Today we will talk about it's consequences, prevention and how fast is it moving.

>More About It:-

Space junk has been growing since the start of Space Age for humans (Sputnik 1) i.e 4th October, 1957. This debris includes all sizes of objects from as large as abandoned satellites to as small as nuts and bolts.
They sure are fast, even faster than a speeding bullet. They can collide with other objects at over 22,300 mph. Collisions with these tiny pieces can make dents and pits on the bodies of different satellites, let me explain this with an example in 2006, a piece of space junk collided with International Space Station, taking out chip out of the heavily reinforced window.

>Prevention:-

Well, there are some institutions who have proposed programs to check this problem, and one of them is........yes, you guessed it right, NASA. Their program is called the Space Debris Elimination Program. They have come up with a pretty impressive plan....what am I saying....I mean the're NASA. They will shoot gases into space in order to minimize the debris orbit, so that can later fall back to Earth, and burn up in the atmosphere.
The European Space Agency came up with their own idea which they told us about in 2014, it's called E-DeOrbit. Actually it is a machine that they plan to send in space which will shoot old satellites and then release them into the atmosphere with the help of rocket or small missile.

>Conclusion:-

If this problem grows continuously then space expeditions in the future would become more and more dangerous and expensive. But, I have full faith in the brilliant scientists of Earth and I know that they will come up with the right thing.
